Refund & Warranty Policy

At INTEGRA Auto Spa, we take pride in the quality of our workmanship and stand behind the services we provide.

No-Refund Policy

All services performed by INTEGRA Auto Spa are considered final once the work has been completed and accepted by the customer. We do not offer refunds simply because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the service, or decides they would prefer not to have the product installed after the work has been completed.

Because our services involve custom labor, materials, preparation, and installation specific to each vehicle, completed services cannot be returned or treated like an unused retail product.

Workmanship Warranty

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with the quality of our work. If a customer identifies a legitimate issue with the workmanship or installation, INTEGRA Auto Spa will inspect the vehicle and, when the issue is determined to be related to our workmanship or installation, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue at no additional charge.

For applicable PPF, window tint, and other installation services, this may include modifying, adjusting, replacing or redoing affected areas when necessary to address a legitimate workmanship issue.

Our warranty is intended to ensure that the work meets the agreed-upon scope and our applicable workmanship standards. It does not provide a right to a refund or removal of properly completed work solely because the customer has changed their mind or no longer wants the service.

Customer Concerns

If you have a concern about completed work, please contact INTEGRA Auto Spa as soon as reasonably possible. We will inspect the vehicle and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

By approving the service and/or authorizing INTEGRA Auto Spa to perform the work, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to this Refund & Warranty Policy.
